1 Used Stainless Steel Hosokawa Micron Cyclomix Pilot High Shear Mixer, Model IM-5.  Manufactured in 2021, (From OEM) “mixer is designed to strong centrifugal forces by throwing material against the heated or cooling conical wall for intense shear, high impact and rapid micromixing”.    “Ideal for intensive powder dispersion, braking cohesive powders, wet/dry granulation, coating, bonding and blending sticky materials, pastes or slurries”.   Equipped with a top mounted agitator with paddle rotors and impact blades reaching tip speeds up to 30m/s.   Comes with an Eagle 316 stainless steel 6-liter collection bowl, Model CTLSMA-245.  Serial #: 45459, manufactured in 2021.  All contact parts are stainless steel.  Note: mixing blade and inside of conical vessel is coated.  Can be removed.  Electrics: 7-1/2 HP, 3/60/400 volts.  Dimensions:  71” x 72” x 64: H.  Weight: 600 pounds.
