Description
1 Used Mettler Toledo Stainless Steel Inline Metal Detector, Model Signature Touch R55. Comes with a 64” long x 48” wide conveyor, 45” long x 4” high metal detector opening, pneumatic reject, and touch screen control panel. Conveyor belt retracts when foreign object is found. Configured for inline gravity-fall system rather than belt, (see video). Equipped with an Allen Bradley PowerFlex 40 VFD and ASCA pneumatics. Was recently decommissioned from a Mondelez OREO cookie facility in Ontario, Canada. Can detect 1.5mm sphere Ferrous, Non-Ferrous and Non-Magnetic Stainless Steel. Maximum belt speed: 96’/minute. Machine is designed for harsh washdown environment and comes mounted to a tubular frame on leveling pads. Electrics: 3/60/230-460 volts.
