1 Used BellatRX Automatic Piston Filling and Packaging Line

1 Used BellatRX Automatic Piston Filling and Packaging Line. Manufactured in 2021, this line was filling 1-gallon containers.  Comes with the following equipment:

·         1 Used BellatRX Single Head Gallon Piston Filler, Model VP-1. Serial #: 2128. This piston filler is set on 1-gallon (128 oz) fills. Machine is constructed in stainless steel and is mounted to an enclosed base and frame, with conveyor. Comes with plexiglass guarding, pneumatic indexing, integrated control panel with start/stop and e-stop.

·         1 Used BellatRX Automatic Inline Torque Machine, Model Secure Chuck Torquer. Comes mounted to an open stainless steel tubular frame with 7’ section of conveyor. Equipped with pneumatic chuck cap tightener/torquer, indexing, Plexi-glass guarding, integrated control panel with HMI color touchscreen interface, torque adjustments and E-stop. Rated at 100/min. Cap size: 6mm to 120mm, (1/4” to 4-3/4”). Bottle size: 12mm to 150mm, (½” to 6”) diameter and up to 300mm (12”) high. 

·         1 Used AL Tech Automatic Front and Back Pressure Sensitive Labeler, Model Aline E. Machine comes equipped with 2 labeling heads, top hold down belt, motorized conveyor, adjustable guide rails, hot stamp coder, top mounted HMI color touch screen, Plexiglas safety guarding with limit switches and sits on an enclosed base on leveling legs.

·         1 Used BellatRX 36” Stainless Steel Accumulating/Feeding Table. Comes with guide rails, variable speed controller, and sits on an eclosed base on leveling legs.
