1 Used Sainty Co. Semi – Automatic Gummy Line. Equipment was manufactured in 2024 and was used for less than 1 year.  All equipment constructed of 304 stainless steel. Comes with the following:

·         1 Used Sainty Co. Semi-Automatic Gummy Depositor, Model DM-20S. Serial #: 241259. This is a servo driven 20 nozzle depositor, capable of speeds up to 10,000/hr, 1g to7g size. Equipped with a color PLC touchscreen controller and integrated demolding system, 25l jacketed and heated product hopper.  Includes foot pedal and waste collection bucket. Temperature: up to 320F, (160C). Comes with 600 molds; 300 x 20 cavity round molds, 200 x 20 cavity mushroom molds, 100 x 20 cavity square molds. All molds are stainless steel with Teflon coating. Electrics: 1/60/220 volts,25 amps.

·         1 Used Sainty Co. 100L Stainless Steel Jacketed Tilting Kettle, Model 100L Tilt Cooker. Serial #: 241251. Kettle is designed to melt and mix the gummy recipes. Comes with top mounted scrape agitation, integrated control panel for speed and temperature controls. Comes mounted to castors.

·         1 Used Sainty Co. 25” diameter Stainless Steel Polishing Coating Pan, Model CP-1000. Serial #: 241245. Machine is designed to coat and polish gummies with capacity of 100 to 150 pounds per batch. Comes with internal baffles, stainless steel ducting for forced heated air into pan, integrated controls for temperature and rotation speed; 30 – 32rpm. Includes agitated product tank with peristaltic pump and 30-degree angled sprayer. Electrics: 1/60/220 volts. Requires 8 bar air.
