Unused Image Semi-Automatic Powder Filler, Model 2000

1 Unused Image Semi-Automatic Stainless Steel Powder-Auger Filler, Model 2000. This is a single head powder auger filler manufactured in 2025 and has never been used. Comes with 2 sets of tooling, (#8 & 12) with slow speed blade to sweep inside of wall of hopper. Is foot pedal operated. Can fill from 1gram to 5 pounds. From OEM: Filling Head: Fully height adjustable column , 22” diameter stainless steel product hopper with cover, with 10” diameter product infeed duct, quick release clamps for hopper and cover, self-aligning quick disconnect and hopper coupling, SS frame, top and side covers. Controls: Comes with a Mitsubishi PLC with color touch screen inside encloser, optical encoder, clutch break power supply, motor starter mounting on back of column. Fill Drive:  EM180 direct drive heavy duty electric clutch brake with stainless steel shaft, 1-1/2 HP drive motor with pulley, enclosed SS belt guard with easy access tool, housing with bearings to guide clutch brake shaft, contactor an overload for motor protection. Agitation: ½ HP, 1800 rpm agitation motor with gear reducer, sprocket to sprocket chain drive with idler, SS spindle with bushing seal (to prevent product from going up in head casting), contactor and overload for motor protection. Machine sits on a stainless steel tubular frame mounted to leveling pads. Electrics: 3/60/220 volts.
