Used CDA E-FILL Automatic Liquid Filling and Packaging Line, Model E-FILL

1 Used CDA E-FILL Automatic Liquid Filling and Packaging Line. Line was manufactured in 2021 and was sparingly used.  Line consists of the following equipment:

·         27” diameter table. Can use as feeding or accumulating.

·         2 Up liquid filling nozzles with 2 Flexion peristaltic pumps, 1ml to 1l. 

·         Pneumatic chuck capper. Caps placed by hand on the star wheel.

·         Pressure sensitive wraparound labeler with “3 points” technology for precise bubble and wrinkle free labeling.

·         U-shape conveyor, 3-14” wide belt.

Equipment constructed in 304 Stainless Steel. Comes with color touchscreen interface, up to 50 recipes. Filling accuracy: +/- 0.5%.  Bottle size: 18mm to 90mm diameter. Includes 1 set of change parts: 33mm. Electrics: 1/60/220 volts. Air: 4m³/Hr/Max. 4 bar.
