1 Used Promach - NJM Unicap 150 Automatic Stainless Steel 4 Quill Capper, Model UCAP-150-S170. Serial #:55274-02. Machine was manufactured in 2018 and was recently decommissioned.  This is a 4 quill capper with single gripper belt assembly capable of speeds up to 200 bpm.  Container size: 2-1/2” to 12” H.  Container diameter: ¾” to 6-1/4”. Cap size: ¾” to 2-3/4”. Can do round and square bottles. Equipped with integrated cap hopper/elevator with cleated belt, cap sensor, elevator air reject system, enclosed plexiglass guarding. Capper equipped with Allen Bradley color touch screen interface, independent torque control for each set of quills, with the last 2 pneumatically operated, automatic up/down controls, light stack, start/stop, emergency stop controls. Electrics: 1/60/208 volts, 12 amps. Requires 90psi - 6 scfm air. Sits on leveling legs.
