1 Used Bosch Aseptic Automatic Vial Filling Line, Model FLT 1020.  Machine was manufactured in 2016 and was recently decommissioned from a large pharmaceutical facility. This is a high-precision, single-head vial filling and stoppering system engineered for aseptic liquid filling within isolator or cleanroom environments. Machine is compact and reliable system delivers Bosch’s exceptional quality and precision, making it ideal for small-batch, clinical, and pilot-scale sterile production. Ideal setup for pharmaceutical, biotech, and vaccine production where contamination control is critical. Was last filling a 10ml plastic vial with 20mm stoppers and caps.
