Description
1 Used Klockner Automatic Blister Machine, Model EAS. Serial #: 336. Machine was rebuilt in 2006 by Pharmaworks, (PW1142). Specifications: Maximum platen size: 100mm x 400mm. Maximum depth: 15mm. Maximum index: 52mm. Cycles per minute: 15 to 90. Can do both thermoforming and cold forming blisters, (with proper change parts), Materials: polyvinyl, polypropylene, aluminum. Machine is constructed in stainless steel and is servo driven. Comes with Plexiglas enclosed safety guarding, Allen Bradley Panelview colour touchscreen, (HMI) and built in control panel. Includes a Gottach platen printer, model 806-4, embosser, perforation, pin hole detector and eye registration for printed lid material. Can store up to 20 recipes. Machine sits on castors. Electrics: 2/60/220 volts, 20 amps. Air: 6 bar. Came out of a large pharmaceutical facility.
