Unused ACG Wash In Place (WIP) Rack

1 Unused ACG Wash In Place (WIP) Rack. Machine was manufactured in 2023 and has not been used. Currently sits in a climate-controlled warehouse and sits in its original OEM Packaging.  Is CSA certified and includes IQ/OQ documentation, manuals and electrical drawings.  Machine is a rinse through design (non recirculating), provided in a sanitary execution, skid mounted for installation in the customer's technical area (non zone environment).

WIP skid includes:

·         WIP Rack

·         Two (2) separate supply connections each with a pneumatically actuated sanitary valve to handle two (2) cleaning media (e.g. city water and purified water)

·         One (1) compressed air connection for system purging including compressed air filter, pressure reducing valve and pneumatically actuated sanitary valve

·         One (1) detergent tank with a 25 L filling volume one (1) level sensor (filling volume low), dosing pump and necessary output valves

·         One (1) purified water storage tank made from 316 stainless steel. Inner maximum surface roughness of Ra <0.5 μm with steam heated double jacket for tank site walls, two (2) level sensors (filling volume low / high), one (1) temperature sensor to be installed in the lowest section to the storage tank to allow the heating of purified

             water using a recirculation loop with steam heated heat exchanger and to control   

             the temperature of the double steam heated jacket. Steam heated double jacket  

             with pneumatically actuated steam control valve, pressure sensor to avoid over  

             heating of the jacket and necessary fittings. Heating function for purified water with  

             one (1) steam heated heat exchanger, one (1) pneumatically actuated steam control

             valve and return loop to purified water storage tank

·         One (1) booster pump in sanitary design

·         One (1) pressure sensor in the WIP rack outlet line

·         Three (3) outlets to machine cleaning valve manifolds and one (1) drain line. Pneumatic valves at third party equipment to start and stop the flow of cleaning media to a third party supplied cleaning nozzle(s) are not included

Control System: The WIP rack will be supplied with a sophisticated process control system including:

·         One (1) electrical enclosure suitable for the installation in a non zone area of the facility

·         One (1) industrial PC

·         One (1) PLC made by SIEMENS

·         Two (2) remotely mounted non explosion proofed 12" SIEMENS made HMIs (color, touch screen) with stainless steel enclosures for wall mounting.

·         One (1) compressed control air distribution manifold with accessories to control all pneumatically actuated valves as required for the WIP rack functionality and additional:

§  Four (4) pneumatic signal outputs to control the third party supplied cleaning valves of a fluid bed dryer

§  Three (3) pneumatic signal outputs to control the third party supplied cleaning valves of a tablet coater

§  Three (2) dry contacts to receive "ready to clean" 24V input signals from third party equipment to be cleaned

§  Three (2) dry contacts to provide "cleaning active" 24V output signals to third party equipment to be cleaned
