•        Conical bottom: 120” diameter, 7 gauge, 2B finish.

•        Tank body: 204” high, 10 gauge, 2B finish.

•        Body reinforcement ring: 12” height, 10 gauge, 2B finish.

•        4 tubular legs: 37” high, 6” diameter, SCH 40, 2B finish.

•        Total tank height: ~ 19.66’.

TANK SECTIONS:

•        Top: Conical head with 18” manhole, cleaning ball and CIP tubing.

•        Body: 316 stainless steel body with thermowell and connections.

•        Bottom: Conical bottom with outlet for drainage.

TANK INCLUSIONS:

•        Finish: smooth 2B interior finish with cleaned and polished welds, W5 grade, smooth 2B exterior finish on head, ferrule and bottom with clean and polished welds, W3 grade.

•        Legs: 4 tubular 304 stainless steel, 6” diameter x 37” high, SCH 40, with 2” horizontal pipe bracing.

•        Manhole: 1 x 18” top manhole, 316 stainless steel, with EPDMg/170 gasket and stainless steel handle.

•        Cleaning: 2 x 2” removeable spray balls with 1 x 1-1/2” side CIP tubing.

•        Connections: 2 x 2” TC – 316 SS connections on top, 3 x 3” TC – 316 SS connections,

•        Support: 3 heavy duty lifting hooks.
