Machine was originally manufactured in 2021 and is designed for direct steam injection and indirect process heating with vacuum cooling/deaeration.  Comes with PLC touchscreen for instrumentation – computerized controls for flow rate, product heaters and auto cooling controls.  Also displays thermocouple temperatures and product pressures.  Equipped for CIP and SIP sterilization.  Machine suited for diary milks, plant-based milks, protein shakes, puddings, juices, smoothies, teas, coffee, concentrates.  Standard flow rate of 1 – 3 liters per minute.  Dual Electrics: 1/60/240 volts, 22.8 amps.

1 Used Microthermics Stainless Steel Clean Fill Hood with Sterile Product Outlet (SPO), serial #: 3216886.2.  Manufactured in 2021, the unit provides an ultra-clean filling environment with a horizontal shower of sterile air, sweeping contaminants away from the filling area.  The SPO is a dual product outlet equipped to be sterilized or sanitized using hot pressurized water with temperatures up to 275F.  Includes inside light.  Type 12 enclosure.   Electrics: 1/60/230 volts, 3.25 amps.  Comes mounted on heavy duty castors.
