Description

1 Used Aesus Push Through Automatic Chuck Capper, Model Eco-Starcap. This is an automatic indexing star wheel capper with a push through cap engagement system and final torquing station.   Comes with an enclosed frame with safety hinges on front door, manual up/down height adjustment, servo motors to control rotary motion of both chucks, LED controls, Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1400 and Panelview Plus color touch screen. Equipped with a stainless steel vibratory cap bowl and cap chute and adjustable feed track. Includes a 10’ long x 3” wide motorized raised bed stainless steel conveyor with adjustable guide rails and variable speed controller.  Electrics: 1/60/2108-240 volts, 9 amps. Air requirements: 90 psi @ 20 scfm.
