Used Kosme/Krones High Speed Bottle Filling and Packaging Line

1 Used Kosme/Krones High Speed Bottle Filling and Packaging Line. Line was running between 200 and 250 bottles per minute. Can fill noncarbonated, carbonated, flavoured beverages.  Comes with the following equipment (in order of line):

·         Wyard depalletizer, model BDA-02 – with mezzanine

·         Nercon gripper elevator lowerator

·         Kosme rinser/filler/capper, model G-1200 – 35/35/7

·         Crown capper hopper

·         Krones checkmat inspection system #1

·         Krones Topmatic rotary pressure sensitive labeler, for front/back/neck

·         Krones checkmat inspection system #2

·         Pearson case erector, model CE25-G

·         Combi case packer, model SPP

·         Pearson case sealer, hot glue, model CS25-G

·         Stainless steel conveyor throughout

Blending skid can be added for an additional cost.

Line has been professionally dismantled.
