Used Flexicon Stainless Steel Flexible Screw Conveyor

1 Used Flexicon Stainless Steel Flexible Screw Conveyor. Machine was manufactured in 2018 and comes complete with the following, as per OEM:

·         36” x 36” x 38” – 8 Cu Ft 316 stainless steel hopper with 1 piece cover, on castors

·         316 stainless steel hopper grate capable of holding up to 250 pounds

·         316 stainless steel mounting pad for pneumatic turbine vibrator

·         Capacitive type proximity level switch, NEMA 4

·         Flexicon model 1250 – 316 stainless steel Versa Flight spiral wire conveyor, 15’ long, with hinged quick disconnect discharge box access cover

·         2-5/8” O.D. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene outer tubing

·         1 HP, 3/60/220-volt washdown motor with right angle gear reduction unit with 316 stainless steel mounting bracket with drip pan

·         Transition discharge adapter to convert rectangular flanged conveyor outlet to a round port to facilitate connection to flexible boots, valves and other connections

·         2^nd capacitive type proximity level switch, NEMA 4

·         6” diameter flexible down spouting – clear PVC construction with completely enclosed wire reinforcement

·         Single speed control panel in NEMA 4 enclosure. Includes programmable PLC, reversing motor starter for conveyor drive, 4” touchscreen HMI.

Machine was used to feed a WOLF VPC – 250 Stainless Steel Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine.
