Used Matcon Powder Tote Blending System

1 Used Matcon Powder Tote Blending System. Serial #:14476/30.  Machine was manufactured in 2019, with machine and all components constructed in Stainless Steel. All contact parts in 316SS.  Was last used in a large nutraceutical facility blending baby food powder.  This system is designed to blend powders in a hygienic approach for homogeneous blends and to prevent cross contamination between products.  Batch size – 1,000 litre totes: 135 Kg at 30% fill, 315 Kg at 70% fill. Blending time: 8 to 12 minutes. Blender speed is limited to a maximum of 18 rpm. Once blended, the IBC is transported from the blender to the IBC Discharge Station. Machine is located inside a safety plexiglass screen and needs key access to open and run the machine. Operator panel is mounted outside of blending area.

·         All stainless-steel pedestal machine. 3/60/460 volts, 12.5 amps.

·         1 x IBC Filling Station with fully enclosed Plexiglas guarding.

·         2 x IBC Discharge Systems with Mettler Toledo weigh cells with digital displays.

·         2 x IBC Discharge Station Hoppers.

·         1 x IBC Air Wash Station with Dust Collection Unit.

·         1 x IBC Wet Wash Station with Service Skid.

·         3 x 1000 Liter stainless steel IBC Totes with Mobile Wet Wash Trolley.

·         1 x 500 Liter stainless steel IBC Tote with Mobile Wet Wash Trolley.
