Description
1 Used Armfield Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger, Model FT25-BBPA. Unit comes with 2 scrape and surface heat exchangers designed for fats, oils and ice cream, and can process up to 40 bar pressure. The working platform can accommodate one or two barrels (B) and a variable speed pinworker (P) alongside the hopper and connection ports. Pinworker can be used for margarine and soft spreads. It uses a refrigeration system supplied within the cabinet with a chilled, food-grade refrigerant, which is pumped through the barrel jackets. Includes CIP and comes mounted to an enclosed stainless steel cabinet with integrated controls in front.
