Unused 2021 Armfield UHT/HTST Pilot Lab Size Pasteurizer

1 Unused Armfield UHT/HTST Mini Pilot Pasteurizer, Model FT94X-G. This is an indirect heating system with tubular heat exchangers – originally manufactured in 2021. Is equipped with 3 holding tubes:  15 seconds @100 l/hr, 30 seconds @100l/hr and 120 seconds @100l/hr. Machine is constructed in Stainless Steel with all wetted parts in 316L and is CE compliant. Comes with CIP system with centrifugal pump with flow rates up to 400l/hr. Includes an 8” touch screen control panel, variable speed progressive cavity product feed pump, sophisticated data logging package, electromagnetic flow meter - 30 to 100l/hr flow range. Tubular heat exchanger specifications: 10 tubes, (2 preheat, 4 heating, 4 cooling). Tube diameter: product side @8.1mm. Standard @22mm. Heated length: 1.46 m, (4.79’). Product volume: 1 liter. Assembled test pressure: 30 bar. Working pressure: 24 bar maximum. Pre-heat water system: Water capacity: 2-3 liters, Maximum temperature: 110°C. Heating System: Maximum temperature: 165°C. Maximum product heating duty: 17kW.  Can be used for baby foods, beer, culture media, desserts and puddings, fruits and vegetables, ice cream, sauces, milk, gravy, yogurts and many other products.

·        Steam supply: Heat output of 30 kW, minimum 6 bar – heating medium

·        Compressed air: 7l/s valve operation

·        Cooling water: 10 l/min at 2 bar – product cooling
