Description
1 Used Zanchetta 10 Litre Full Containment High Shear Mixer, Model Roto P-10. This is a "one-step" high shear, high speed processor to mix dry powders, to granulate by liquid binder, to dry by heat and vacuum. Equipped with a 3-blade bottom impeller, top mounted chopper blade, full jacket for water heating, hinged top with gasket for full vacuum, tilting bowl (+- 90 degrees) from vertical position, integrated control panel, enclosed stainless steel base and SKAN isolator for aseptic processing, complete with 3 glove ports and 1 Integrated Rapid Transfer Port (RTP), for safe and aseptic loading of containers. Electrics: 3/60/480 volts. Comes mounted to heavy duty castors. Last used in a large pharmaceutical facility.
