Description
1 Used Belco Medical Tray Sealer, Model BM-PLC-3025. Serial #: 10757. This is a dual station shuffle machine, (only 1 side currently set up), that uses time, temperature, and pressure to seal die-cut lid stock to thermoformed plastic trays. Machine specifications: Platen size: 30” x 25”. Maximum tray depth: 3”. Comes with seal fixtures measuring 12” L x 10” W x 2-1/4” Deep. Temperature control: 50 to 300°F. Equipped with a PLC and color LCD operator interface screen. Requires air: 95 – 125 PSI @ .25 CFM. Electrics: 1/60/208-240 volts, 40 amps. Overall dimensions: 88” L x 36” W x 57” High. Comes with leveling legs and castors.
