Used Accraply Pressure Sensitive Wraparound Labeler

1 Used Accraply Automatic Pressure Sensitive Wraparound Labeler. Machine is designed with a Vertical Roller Fixture Chain to minimize label skew on wrap label applications.  As per OEM, “provides highly accurate, wraparound labeling to a wide variety of small diameter, conveyor stable, cylindrical containers. It is extremely accurate due to the system’s vertical rollered fixtures which side reference the containers as they are being labeled. This precise side referencing virtually eliminates label skew. Interchangeable infeed timing screw and roller assemblies are available for simple conversion to different product sizes". Label size:  ½” to 4” wide x 2” to 12-1/2” long.  Bottle size:  1” to 4” high x 1” to 8” diameter.  Speeds: up to 150 per minute. Additional features include infeed screw indexing,  motorized wrap station with backing plate, stainless steel frame and conveyor, integrated control panel with touch screen and Allen Hot Foil hot stamp. Electrics: 1/60/120 volts, 20 amps. Requires 1 cfm of air @ 80 psi.
