Rebuilt HTST Tubular Pasteurizer

1 Rebuilt Tubular HTST Pasteurizer. Machine was rebuilt in 2016 and never put back into production. This is a Hot Fill only pasteurizer.  Comes with 3 sets of new holding tubes set up for different pasteurizing needs and can pasteurize 7, 14 or 21 gallons per minute, at temperatures 185° to 200°F. Equipped with a new control panel with a 12” Allen Bradley touch screen monitor PLC, model SDR-480-24 with ethernet connection. Includes pneumatic valve system, steam system, 50 G SS product tank, temperature graph monitor model MRC5000 and VFD and starters for the pumps. Comes with 84” Long x 1-1/2” diameter piping system and 30” x 12” x 12” heat exchanger, 84” long x 10” diameter horizontal jacketed condensate/heat recovery tank with pressure release and pneumatic controlled valve, Spirax-Sarco heat system with heat pump, 2 HP centrifugal product pump and 3 HP booster pump. Entire system sits on a custom stainless steel 5’ x 9’ skid. Was going to be used for a variety of juice products.  Note: Does not come with a boiler.
