Description
Unused Armfield Benchtop R&D Pasteurizer. This is a self-contained lab pasteurizer suitable for HTST, (high temperature, short time) pasteurization of up to 20 litres/hour of low viscosity liquid foods including raw milk, nectars, fruit juices, skim milk, ice-cream mix, soft drinks, pharmaceuticals and margarine emulsion. Features: variable speed Masterflex L/S peristaltic pump, stainless steel heat exchanger, electrically heated hot water circulating system, CIP system, stainless steel holding tube, variable product and hold times, temperature controller and digital readout. Heater range 0 to 100°C with +/-0.5 accuracy. Capable of process temperatures up to 85°C. Electrics: 1/60/220 volts. Last used in a large pharmaceutical facility.
